Accomodation

Panmana  Asramam has 12 well furnished rooms for accommodation to international standards for traditional Panchakarma treatment as advised by Nirmalananda Giri Maharaj and or for stay at the Asramam for spiritual Practices. Though the accommodation facilities are granted on a 1st come 1st served basis one can book the rooms in advance as well.

How to reach

From Kochi Airport 140 kms by road and will take approx. 3 hrs by car.

There are frequent Super Fast buses available from Ernakulam bus station to Karunagappalli bus station. Karunagappalli is the nearest town to the Asramam. The distance from bus station to Asramam is 8 kms.

By train from Ernakulam, the convenient railway station to alight is Karunagappalli and the distance is 13 kms.

By train from Trivandrum one can alight at Kollam Junction and the distance is 19 kms.
